TrialNet is an Application Service Provider that creates and manages secure, private web-based collaborative networks for subscriber lawyers and their
clients. The contents of its networks reflect confidential information contributed by and for its subscribers. It is TrialNet's policy not to disclose this
confidential information to anyone other than authorized users.
Each TrialNet authorized user has been assigned a unique, confidential password with which the user may gain access to TrialNet. TrialNet's User Agreement
governs each party's specific obligations regarding confidentiality and security and the privacy policies that apply to TrialNet authorized users.
With regard to public access users, TrialNet collects personally identifiable and corporate information only when provided by a public user. When you
request further information about TrialNet or seek a demo, we will ask for your contact information (name, company/firm, address, telephone/ fax, and e
mail address). TrialNet also automatically receives information from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information and the web page you
requested. We use the information collected to respond adequately to your request.
TrialNet does not sell, distribute, share or rent personally identifiable information except as identified in its User Agreement or as may be required by
law.
